I have always been fascinated in just watching people doing ordinary things. As a teenager I used to go to the local shopping centre and stand  on the third floor looking down through the atrium at people just doing their shopping.

When I bought my first real camera (a Pentax SP1000) in the early 70s I spent a lot of time in the streets of Melbourne just taking photos of what I saw.

After a significant hiatus raising a family I took up my hobby again in 2008 purchasing  Nikon D300. Most of the photos included here were taken with that camera. As I go through my older photos I might include some of those as well.

Please let me know what you think. I’d love to hear from you.
